Our initiatives are built with a focus on socio-environmental responsibility, the engagement of employees and partners, and the promotion of a fairer, more inclusive, and sustainable future.
Brisanet is a Brazilian telecommunications company headquartered in Pereiro, in the interior of Ceará, which operates with the purpose of expanding access to quality internet at affordable prices, especially in historically underserved regions, promoting digital and social inclusion. In the environmental pillar, the Company advanced in energy efficiency, reaching 86.46% renewable energy usage.
In the social pillar, in 2025 Brisanet strengthened training and development programs, such as the Jovem Aprendiz (Young Apprentice), with 279 participants, and projects focused on education such as: Brisacapacita, environmental education, and Brisa Cuida, which qualified more than 2,000 people from the local community. Furthermore, it invested in the training of over 8,600 employees, totaling more than 317,000 hours of training. Environment Week
This Brisanet initiative aims to promote environmental awareness and encourage sustainable practices among employees and communities. The schedule includes educational and interactive actions, such as the distribution of seedlings, recreational activities, giveaways, and external initiatives, expanding the reach of the environmental message. Each edition focuses on a specific theme; in 2025, the focus was the correct disposal of electronic waste (e-waste), reinforcing the importance of the proper destination of these materials and Brisanet's role as a technology company
Brisa Recicla (Brisa Recycles)
The project promotes the conscious disposal of electronic waste through the implementation of Voluntary Drop-off Points in Brisanet stores, facilitating collection an nsuring the environmentally appropriate destination of these materials. Currently in the development and expansion phase, the initiative is already available in stores in São Miguel (RN) and Pereiro (CE). In a context where e-waste collection is still poorly structured in the interior of the Northeast, the project expands access to correct disposal, stimulates environmental awareness, and contributes to strengthening waste management in communities, generating a positive impact on the environment.NEO ESG Award
Brisanet stood out in the 10th edition of the NEO Award – Best of the Year, one of the main awards in the telecommunications sector in Brazil, by winning two recognitions aligned with its purpose of connecting people and transforming the future. In the ESG – Social category, it was recognized for the Connected Peripheries Program (Programa Periferias Conectadas), which promotes digital inclusion in peripheral and low-income regions through FWA technology. In the ESG – Governance category, the highlight was the Integrity Program, which strengthens corporate governance by ensuring ethical, transparent conduct in compliance with legislation.Support for Digital Inclusion and Accessibility
One of Brisanet's commitments is to promote digital inclusion and accessibility, expanding access to connectivity as an instrument of citizenship and social transformation. The Brisa Cuida Project is an initiative focused on promoting educational actions regarding safety, care for life, and first aid in schools in the region. Through practical and guidance activities, the project trains students and employees to act responsibly in emergency situations, strengthening the culture of prevention in the school environment. The initiative is aligned with SDG 3 – Good Health and Well-being and SDG 4 – Quality Education, reinforcing the commitment to citizen education and the protection of life.Collection Drive Project
Juntos Contra a Fome (Together Against Hunger) is a solidarity campaign that collects and distributes food, toys, and essential items to families in situations of social vulnerability, contributing to the socioeconomic context of the region. Held quarterly, the initiative includes actions such as Solidarity Easter, Children's Day, and Hunger-Free Christmas. With strong engagement from employees, who participate in donations, assembly, and delivery of items, the campaign reinforces the company's commitment to solidarity and positive social impact in the communities served.Sustainable Fairs
The project contributes to the SDGs by promoting conscious consumption and valuing local production. Monthly fairs are held in the corporate environment featuring handicrafts, organic products, honey, and other items from farmers, artisans, and beekeepers in the region, strengthening the local economy. The Environmental Education in Schools Project is an initiative aimed at environmental sensitization within the school environment. Through recreational and educational activities, the project encourages care for the environment and the development of socio-environmental responsibility from childhood. Currently, the initiative is directed at children from the 1st to the 5th grade of elementary school, stimulating conscious and sustainable attitudes from the early years of formation. The project reinforces Brisanet's commitment to the formation of responsible citizens and the construction of a more sustainable future.
