In its 2024 Sustainability Report, Brisanet presented a panorama of growth, technological innovation and commitment to digital inclusion in the Northeast. The document, prepared in accordance with the international standards of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), shows a year of significant achievements, marked by growth in the mobile market, consolidation in the fiber optic segments and the expansion of its infrastructure in the Northeast.

One of the highlights was the coverage of 5G technology, which by the end of 2024 had reached more than 10 million inhabitants in 237 cities, with a customer base of 337,000. Significant progress was also made in the fiber optic segment, which now covers 7 million homes, with a consolidated customer base of more than 1.4 million. Among the launches, the company highlights Brisa FWA 5G, an alternative for bringing internet to places where fiber infrastructure has not yet reached, which had a monthly net addition of more than 4,000 subscribers.

In addition, the company has consolidated partnerships with global technology giants such as Google Cloud, Microsoft, Huawei and Qualcomm, with a focus on promoting digital inclusion and bringing quality connectivity to historically neglected regions. This strategic action earned Brisanet important recognitions in 2024, such as the Best Plan Award, IEP Sustainability Seal, Líderes Awards and Experiência RN, as well as receiving the best ratings in Anatel's Satisfaction Survey in six northeastern states.

On environmental issues, Brisanet highlighted its investment in energy efficiency with measures to transition the energy matrix to renewable sources and modernize its data centers. Another important achievement was the indicator related to the consumption of energy from renewable sources, which was almost 12 times higher in 2024 than in the previous year. This result highlights Brisanet's commitment to more sustainable practices, which was also reinforced by the 11% reduction in direct CO2 emissions over the same period
Regarding the social pillar, the company emphasized the strengthening of the Young Apprentice program, which includes 460 people, and Brisacapacita, an initiative that took the company outside the local community and trained more than 1,200 people in topics relevant to the corporate environment. The company also highlighted its investment in training more than 8,500 employees, totaling more than 188,000 hours of training.

In compliance with the requirements of Law No. 14,611/2023, Decree No. 11,795/2023 and MTE Ordinance No. 3,714/2023, as well as in accordance with the principles of the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT) and the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD - Law No. 13,709/2018), the Brisanet Group presents its Equal Pay Report.The initiative is in line with the guidelines of the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE) for promoting pay equity between men and women, as provided for in article 461 of the CLT, and the company's commitment to transparency, inclusion and diversity in the corporate environment.
