Dear Shareholder,
We inform you that, as of September 16, 2024, the provision of bookkeeping services was transferred from the Old Bookkeeper (Itaú Corretora de Valores S.A.) to BTG PACTUAL SERVIÇOS FINANCEIROS S.A. DTVM (“New Bookkeeper”).
In this context, shareholders who have maintained a position in the Company throughout the year should receive two Income tax Reports, which are complementary for the income tax return, corresponding to the period before and after the transfer of the bookkeeping service, respectively.
You can access the reports via the Investor Portal, issued after the transfer period of the bookkeeper on the Investor Portal:

Access guidelines for the Former Bookkeeper
To obtain your income tax statement, access Banco Itaú's digital correspondence portal
If this is your first time, follow the steps below:
At the address (https://correspondenciasdigitais.itau.com.br/), click on First Access;
Enter your CPF and date of birth (Individuals) or CNPJ and date of foundation (Legal Entities);
Choose the option to verify your identity (phone number or e-mail address). If you can't find your phone number or email address, call our Call Center 0800 720 0223;
Enter the code you received by email and/or telephone and create your personal password;
Done, now just enter your CPF/CNPJ and the new registered password to access your documents.
