João Paulo Estevam

Born in the town of Pereiro, in the interior of Ceará, he had a remarkable intuition for business from an early age. In 1996, he moved to São José dos Campos (SP), where he developed his skills in IT, telecommunications and entrepreneurship. In 2004, he joined the company's board of directors. Since then, João has contributed to technological decisions, infrastructure expansion and other strategic issues that have brought the company to a level of prominence in its segment. João Paulo is currently Managing Partner of Brisanet Group Operations and a member of the Board of Directors. He is also a founding partner of Agility Gestão de Frotas and a partner-investor in the Nosso Atacarejo supermarket chain, among other investments. He has a technical degree in telecommunications and a technology degree in administration.

José Roberto Nogueira was born in Pereiro, in the interior of the state of Ceará. From an early age, he promoted innovation in the face of adversity. When he left the Northeast, the self-taught man went to São José dos Campos (SP) to find the knowledge and capital to start his career in entrepreneurship. During his time in the city, he was able to fulfill his great dream of working at Embraer, where he acquired skills and competencies. Thanks to his remarkable ability to move forward with different projects simultaneously, in 1990 he founded Windstar Informática and started some activities in the northeast in partnership with his brothers and partners. In 1996, after leaving Embraer, he began to carry out the first tests on what would become Brisanet Telecomunicações, a project that began operating in 1998 in his hometown. Enthusiastic about the transformative power of connectivity, Roberto, along with his managing partners, Jordão Estevam and João Paulo Estevam, continue to overcome paradigms by bringing quality connectivity from the countryside to the major capitals of the Northeast. More than two decades since it was founded, Brisanet has established itself as one of the fastest-growing internet operators in the telecommunications market. Founder, Managing Partner, CEO and member of the Board of Directors of the Brisanet Group, the entrepreneur is also Managing Partner of Nossa Fruta Brasil, among other investments. He has a technical degree in electronics, a course in radio TV and advanced knowledge of radio frequency, having visited several countries abroad, including those with economic aspects (United States, China, France, Italy, Dubai and Argentina), as well as taking part in numerous congresses, seminars and meetings in Brazil and abroad, involving the agro-industry, telecommunications, IT, electromechanics and renewable energy sectors, acting as a speaker at some of them. He was involved in the development, implementation and operation of the first radio internet project in Brazil, as well as the development, manufacture and sale of satellite dishes for satellite TV and radio internet reception. He has also worked on the development of electronic solutions for various monitoring systems; the development of equipment for conventional energy stability, renewable energy solutions (solar and wind) and the development and construction of telecommunications network infrastructure: backbone, backholl, and spectrum sharing management (radio frequency) in the last mile.

José Romário Fernandes Pinheiro

Finance Director, he has been a member of the Brisanet Group since 2007. Romário has over 13 years' professional experience and is also a member of the Brisanet Group's Board of Directors. He has a degree in Economics from UERN/RN, an MBA in Financial Management, Controllership and Auditing from FGV, an MBA in Finance from AIEC, and Auditing and Tax Planning from FAS. Throughout his career, he has worked in various roles in the Brisanet Group, such as: Warehouse Coordinator, Head of the Import Department, Financial Analyst and Manager responsible for financial planning, raising loans and financing, financial viability projects with BNDES, BNB, having also coordinated the preparation of the project for the issuance of incentivized debentures approved by the Ministry of Communications, in addition to acting in the management of the Legal Department. He joined the company as a Warehouse Assistant, where he worked in various areas and functions until he took up his current position.

João Paulo de Araújo Queiroz

Born in São Miguel city, of Rio Grande do Norte, João Paulo de Araújo is the Director of Controllership and has been with the Brisanet Group since 2012. He is responsible for accounting, fiscal and tax management, as well as administration, the personnel department and union relations. João began his career in the customer service area, moved to the commercial area in 2013 and in 2014 took on the project of internalizing accounting, which until then had been carried out by an external accounting firm. At the same time, he led the SAP Business One implementation project, where both projects went into production at the end of 2015. He led the external accounting audits that began in 2015, which have been carried out by the Big Four since 2018. Led the ERP migration project to the SAP HANA S4 version in 2019. A member of the Brisanet Group's Board of Directors, he has a degree in Accounting Sciences from the State University of Rio Grande do Norte; a specialization in Auditing and Tax Planning from FAS, where he is in the final stages of obtaining his degree; and is taking the last course of his MBA in Financial Management, Controllership and Auditing from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation.

Adriana Mozine Landwehrkamp

A business leader and board member of a listed company, he possesses a unique combination of skills and knowledge in business management and technology, fueled by a strong entrepreneurial drive. With more than 20 years of global experience, he presents a proven and versatile track record in directing and implementing large-scale programs and projects in data management and governance, telecom ecosystems, BSS/OSS, Networks, IoT, and media and entertainment. Over the past 10 years, he has led major client engagements and participated in complex negotiations involving multi-million-dollar business contracts. In recent years, at K2 View, she was responsible for the development of the Latin American region and for the Sales area in the data management platform. She currently holds the position of Sales Director at Oracle.

Moacy de Freitas Melo

Moacy de Freitas was born in Recife, Pernambuco, and has been People and Organization Director of the Moura Group for twelve years. Moacy has over 30 years' professional experience and graduated from the Itapetininga/SP School of Accounting Sciences, with a Master's degree in Controllership from PUC-SP, an MBA in Finance from IBMEC, as well as specializations in Tax Law from Facinter, Business Economic Law from FGV and People Management from FIA/USP. He has worked in various areas of Baterias Moura, such as Controllership, Legal, Tax and Internal Audit. He joined the company as a mechanic in 1985 and worked in various areas and functions until taking on the role of Director eleven years ago. He has extensive experience in structuring corporate governance and management, succession processes, succession and estate planning. He acts as a mentor in the Endeavor business acceleration project and Executive Director of JAPE (Junior Achievement Pernambuco), a non-profit institution that works in entrepreneurial education. He is a board member of ABRH-PE, as well as being the sponsor of the people committees and a member of various other committees supporting the Board of Directors at the Moura Group.

Mr. Silvio Antunes, a member of the Company's Board of Directors, has over 20 years' experience in the telecommunications and information technology sectors. He is currently Head of Partnerships and Business at Revo Energia, where he is responsible for commercial strategy and developing strategic partnerships to expand the solutions portfolio. Previously, Mr. Silvio served as Vice President of Corporate Business at Vivo, where he worked for almost 8 years, and as Head of Utilities at Everis (now NTT Data) in Brazil. He has a degree in Business Administration and Systems Analysis and specializations in Strategic Business Management from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV), New Business Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Leadership from the Telefónica University in Barcelona. In addition to his executive duties, he sits on boards and mentors startups on a voluntary basis.
Mr. Silvio declares that: (i) he has not been subject, in the last five years, to a criminal conviction, a conviction in an administrative proceeding by the CVM, the Central Bank of Brazil or the Superintendence of Private Insurance and a final and unappealable conviction, in the judicial or administrative sphere, which has suspended or disabled him from practicing professional or commercial activity; and (ii) he is not considered a politically exposed person, under the terms of CVM Resolution 50/21.

She worked as Corporate Human Resources Manager at VALE/SA and SUZANO/SA, working in different areas such as Sustainability, Community Relations, Administration, Health and Safety and Human Resources, focusing her career in HR on Leadership Development and Culture. She has experience in the People area in the education, civil construction, pulp and mining industries, having worked in different states in Brazil. She worked for 11 years at the Suzano Group, in the position of HR Manager, and before joining Brisanet she was working as Corporate HR Manager at Vale S/A.

Jordão Estevam was born in Pereiro (Ceará) and has a degree in Electronics Technology from UNIVAP (SP). An assiduous observer of everyday events, his entrepreneurial history began at an early age, when he was just 12 years old, in the rural area of his town. At 15, he moved to São José dos Campos (SP), where he came into contact with the technological world and began his career as a notorious negotiator. Jordão is currently a partner and commercial director of the Brisanet Group, as well as a founding partner of Agility Gestão de Frotas, a partner-investor in the Nosso Atacarejo supermarket chain, among other investments, thus playing a fundamental role in qualifying the company's commercial guidelines.
